That about covers the very core idea. Building an entire city and providing it as a service can be approached as a viable business.
There are many many further things to address (and I intend to) but they all build on that core. These further topics mostly fall into these broad categories:
- Practical details of building and maintaining Pseudopolis, in terms of both the physical city and its people.
- Elaboration on the social and economic factors that make the environment ripe for Pseudopolis.
- Discussion of how to adapt Pseudopolis to be not only profitable but also a public good, the first city in the world which guarantees accessibility to all people.
